This Is Our Story

princy-satwik

This company was started by a pair of siblings- Satvik Saini and Princy Saini.

Princy had her first anxiety attack when she was in 6th grade. When rushed to the emergency, the doctors incorrectly diagnosed it as ‘exam phobia’.

She continued to have these anxiety attacks throughout her life, but did not receive any appropriate treatment due to the parents’ and teachers’ lack of awareness.

Her curiosity to learn about her condition fueled her already existing interest in psychology and she continued to educate herself in the subject.
She moved on to do masters in economics and worked at Wells Fargo as a Consultant.

Independence enabled her to receive therapy which brought years worth of self awareness. She decided she wanted to bring this happiness to others.

Satvik- 5 years younger to Princy, had seen her sister struggle with anxiety. It softened him to people’s psychological situation. He grew up to be a highly empathetic individual with the motivation to help as many people as possible.

He went ahead to pursue B.Tech from Delhi Technological University and parallely worked at multiple startups to educate himself in business.

He learned sales and marketing hands-on from IIM-B graduates in their startup.

Meanwhile Princy quit her job as a Consultant at Wells Fargo to work full time at a startup as a Product Manager. She worked with the founder of Keto India to learn to scale a business and figure out the mathematics of Marketing, Sales and Operations to build sustainability and profitability.

Since we started this company we have together been able to build a community of over 60,000 people with a reach of over 1 million.

We have worked with mental health professionals to provide therapy and curate programs for people.

Our programs have not only helped people cope up with their existing mental health problems but have also equipped them with the techniques to approach any such problems in the future on their own.

So that they never feel helpless!

What Do We Do?

People have always faced problems related to mental health.

These problems have been medical like psychiatric disorders, anxiety or depression. And these problems have also been non-medical like being stressed, unsatisfied, restless, overthinking, not being able to live up to your potential, relationship or marriage problems.

The awareness of treatment of medical problems has existed for a few years, but the non medical issues lag behind.

Life went on with an understanding that these problems cannot be solved and life has to be endured with a sense of uncertainty, restlessness, unhappiness and dissatisfaction. But not anymore.
