Cancellation & Refunds

At Get Me Therapy, we aim to provide maximum flexibility while maintaining high standards of service delivery.

User-Initiated Cancellations:

     Users may cancel a scheduled session free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

     Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session time are considered emergency cancellations.

     Each user is entitled to a limited number of free emergency cancellations as per their selected plan.

     Once the allotted free emergency cancellations are exhausted, subsequent emergency cancellations will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

We encourage users to manage their appointments responsibly and make cancellations well in advance to avoid session loss or additional charges.


Cancellations by Get Me Therapy Experts:

     If a Get Me Therapy expert cancels more than one session within a 30-day period, the user will be granted a session credit.

     This session credit can be used for future bookings within the validity period of the user’s program.


Delayed Sessions or Technical Interruptions

In the event a session is not completed in full due to an issue on Get Me Therapy’s end (including technical disruptions), users are requested to write to us at support@getmetherapy.com. Each case will be assessed, and appropriate action (such as session credit or rescheduling) will be taken at our discretion.


Session Packages

     If there are upcoming booked sessions as part of the package, they must be either completed or cancelled before initiating a package-level refund.

     Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for the amount to reflect in the user’s account depending on their bank’s processing timelines.

1. Standard Refund Policy (14-Day Window)

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you’re having second thoughts or feel the program isn’t the right fit, you’re welcome to request a refund within the first 14 days from your date of payment.

Refunds under this policy are partial and depend on two things:

     How many sessions you’ve already taken, and

     How much time has passed since your purchase.

Based on these factors, we typically offer between 75% to 100% of your program fee back.

2. 100% Money-Back Guarantee (Available on Annual Plans)

We’re confident in the value of our Annual Care Program, which is why we offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee—designed to give you peace of mind as you begin your journey with us.

Here’s how it works:

     This guarantee is available on your first purchase of the Annual Care Program (12-month plan).

     To be eligible, we ask that you complete all 12 therapy sessions included in your plan. This helps ensure you’ve had the full experience to assess its impact.

     If, for any reason, you’re unable to attend a session—whether due to a cancellation or a missed appointment—and it results in one or more sessions being left unused, the guarantee will no longer apply.

     The guarantee is designed for first-time users of the annual plan. It does not apply to plan renewals, and purchasing a renewal waives this guarantee.

When to claim: You can request your 100% refund between Day 90 and Day 120 from the date of purchase. This window gives you time to complete your sessions and reflect on your experience.
